Leading from the South! Our CEO Providing her input for CARE International’s 2030 Strategy Direction

Chrysalis’s CEO Ashika Gunasena joins other CARE National Directors, as they share their perspectives and hopes, and their joint commitment to the CI-wide process of defining the direction to 2030.

In 2011, the confederation came together around a compelling vision for CARE in 2020. For the first time in CARE’s history, in 2014 the CARE Program Strategy set goals for 2020 for the impact they want to have in the world. In this context, they also developed goals for the resources required for having such impact, as well as for transforming into a more diverse, multi-polar organization to maintain and multiply their reach and impact in the future.
